Roy A. Alterman, Esq.
Roy A. Alterman has served clients in Palm Bay and throughout Brevard County since being admitted to The Florida Bar in 1990. As the principal attorney of the Law Office of Roy A. Alterman, P.A., Roy focuses his practice on elder law, estate planning, probate, real estate matters, personal injury, and related civil matters. His work includes helping clients plan for the future through wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care surrogate designations, Medicaid planning, guardianship guidance, and probate administration.
With more than three decades of legal experience, Roy brings practical judgment, local knowledge, and a client-focused approach to individuals and families navigating important legal decisions.
Julian J. Poltun, Esq.
Julian Poltun is an experienced Elder Law attorney, specializing in matters involving Medicaid planning, estate planning, and the probate process at large. A native to the Brevard county area, Attorney Poltun is deeply connected and involved with the community, working in tandem with the Eau Gallie Rotary and Greater Palm Bay Senior Center.
Attorney Poltun also serves on the Executive Board of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, where he holds the position of Secretary.
He holds his J.D. from Barry University School of Law, and a B.A. in History from the University of Florida.
